Potato Gratin

Make as a side to finish off a family dinner or double the recipe and take to a potluck dinner or BBQ.

Prep 10 minutes Cook 30 minutes

Serves 5

Ingredients

300mls cream

salt & pepper

5 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced finely

1/4 cup of grated parmesan

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Add cream to a large bowl, seasoned with salt and pepper, followed by potatoes as you slice them.

Layer soaked potatoes in a baking dish. Pour excess cream over potatoes, top with parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until potatoes are cooked.

Serve alongside and meat or veggies to finish off the main dish.

Double this recipe and make a large one to take to a potluck or BBQ.
