Raw Broccoli Salad

Great quick and nutritious side to add to any main or take along to a summer BBQ or dinner party.

Prep 10 minutes Serves 5-8

INGREDIENTS

2 broccoli

1/2 red onion

2 tbsp mayonnaise

250gms streaky bacon (optional)

METHOD

If using bacon cook and cut into small pieces.

Cut all heads off broccoli and remove any excess stalks. Cut roughly into small pieces and add to a medium-sized bowl. Dice red onion and add followed by bacon and mayonnaise.

Combine together well and serve alongside any meat or vegetable to complete a dish.
