Orange Choc Bliss Balls

Orange Chocolate Balls

A great chocolaty lunch box treat full of fiber

and vitamin C.

Prep 10 minutes + time to set in the freezer

Makes 16

Ingredients

2 large oranges (2 tsp orange zest & 1 1/2 cup of juice)

2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup LSA

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp cocoa

2 tbsp honey

extra coconut for coating (optional)

METHOD

Add dates to 1/4 of a cup of water and set aside. Grate the zest off the oranges and slice in half and squeeze the juice out. Set aside.

To a blender add the rolled oats, LSA, coconut and cocoa and blitz to a fine crumb.

While the blender is going slowly add the orange juice, honey and zest.

When the mixture has come together using a spatula to remove and place on a chopping board.

Shape the mixture to a square shape and cut in quarters, both ways.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle coconut onto a plate. Roll each piece into a ball, coat with coconut and place on the tray. Place in freezer to set.

Store in the freezer in freezer bags or containers.
